Now Hiring a Director of Residential Services!
The Director of Residential Services will lead the managers of the residential services areas offered by LRCS, including: Community Residences, Shared Family Living, and Home Assist.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, experience with program development, budget development and monitoring, training, supervision, and facilitation.
The right candidate must be comfortable leading groups as well as being an active participant on a number of agency and community initiatives. LRCS is looking for someone who has been in a senior level management position for at least 5 years. Candidates with experience working with individuals with multiple disabilities, including mental health, complex medical concerns, and autism will be given first consideration.
All candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (with advanced training and/or certification); a Master's Degree is preferred.
