Southwestern Community Services is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized professional to join the Housing Stabilization Services Program. This is an hourly position, located in the Keene office that reports to the Coordinated Entry Program Manager.
The Emergency Housing Coordinator ensures the safety of all residents by implementing, monitoring, and enforcing the rules and regulations of communal living programs and overseeing the maintenance of the buildings and grounds. The main priority is providing temporary shelter services for homeless individuals and/or families, and developing client-driven housing stabilization plans that promote moving towards permanent housing and self-sufficiency.
