The Customer Service Representative role is responsible for being the first point of contact for all incoming calls and inquires to connectRN. This role will be responsible for tending to our customers various needs and offering outstanding customer service. This is a part time weekend position. This position is remote, but the candidate must live in MA as there will be monthly in-person meetings. This position is 2nd shift, 4pm-midnight.
