* Communicates effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication whether by phone, by email or in person.
* Initial response and ongoing follow-up with a high volume of incoming internet and phone leads.
* Scheduling appointments for proper vehicle demonstration.
* Directs customer to product information resources including those available online.
* Satisfaction assurance calls to our current customers.
* Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
The right candidate must:* Customer Service Experience a must
* Have excellent communication/written and telephone skills
* Organization Skills * Must have basic computer and internet skills
* Must be self motivated with the ability to work independently or with others
* Desire to learn and be a team player * Professional Appearance and Demeanor
