We are seeking a *Grow presence in
strategic and tactically driven Account
Executives to build sales and drive
Account Executives will have direct activity to meet and exceed
revenue goals and
objectives. Individuals shall have an energetic personality, maintain a can-do attitude and will work closely with the Advertising Director and Publisher and
insides sales to close
assigned territory by working with new and existing prospect accounts and identifying qualified opportunities. Territory will include, but not limited to, several developed and prospect accounts in the Greater Nashua area, Manchester, and Massachusetts.
*Deliver best-in-class account development and management practices through networking, relationship building and by delivery of onsite presentations at client's location and proper following up with proposals. Substantial travel may be required with customer onsite meeting activity 3 to 4 times per week at minimum.
*Meet target and quota which will be a mix of account activity and closed sales opportunities (with sales activity being the primary focus in first 2 to 3 months of role).
*Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers achieving sales quotas and targets
*Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
* Prospect for potential customers through cold calling, networking and social media
*Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements and cost benefits providing solutions.
*Maintain a high level of relevant knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
*Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers
*Draft and deliver
*Develop and maintain territory plans to outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis*Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales
*Produce monthly reports demonstrating sales activity
*Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions
*Work with project managers to proactively address problems
*Cultivate strong relationships with third party vendors that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers
*Work with Advertising & Marketing Director to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
*Provide feedback to Advertising and Marketing Director on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation
*Provide feedback to Advertising and Marketing Director on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
*Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to develop improve sales tools
*Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
*Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
*Meet or Exceed Sales objectives
*Formulate & present proposals
*Own all aspects of the account relationship
*Bring innovative thinking and problem solving to our customer's problems
*Represent company at trade shows and
