As a working manager, you will manager our Center for Finance & Education as well as work with clients to guide them toward improving their overall financial wellness. This is NOT a sales position. Rather, you will work to develop personal plans and build relationships with clients focused on motivating positive behaviors related to money management.
This position requires active listening and interpersonal skills along with a demonstrated understanding of human behavior. You must also demonstrate the ability to present and lead group discussions/workshops. Proven management and leadership skills are a must. Understanding of personal finance and economics is helpful.
This position involves non-standard hours, including weekends, so flexibility is a must. Excellent pay, health and dental insurance, 401(k), vision and many other benefits. Must have a bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years in the social work field and proven experience in public and interpersonal relations, as well as a proven track record in management of employees and processes.
