Police Captain- Winchester Police, New Hampshire
The Winchester Police department has an opening for the position of Police Captain-Operations. Under the general supervision of the chief of police, the captain administers, directs and reviews the work of sworn and civilian personnel performing law enforcement and support activities in the Police Department. The captain provides oversight and direction to all aspects of Department operations and serves as the second-in-command. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice or related field, a current certification through New Hampshire POST, and a minimum of eight years of full-time police experience with at least three years supervisory experience.
Starting salary is area competitive and dependent upon experience.
