<li>Must have you own hand tools</li>
<li>Arrive on time to the shop daily</li>
<li>Communicate well with other crew members</li>

</ul>
<p>Experience in Commercial Roofing: 4&nbsp;years min.&nbsp;</p>
<p>License/Certifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>OSHA 10 or Higher&nbsp;</li>
<li>Driver's License (reliable transportation to/from main office in Lynn or various jobsites)</li>
<li>Safety Training(s) Certificates a + (Hot Work, MEWAPS, Telehandler, etc.)</li>
</ul>
<p>Work Location: Multiple Locations mostly within 495 beltway</p>
<p>Wages: Commensurate w/ Experience</p>
