Qualifications / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Management or related field (preferred).

Significant experience (often 8–15 years) in construction management or leadership roles; proven track record overseeing multiple large-scale projects.

Prior P&L responsibility, experience in setting and achieving financial targets.

Experience with bidding / estimating, procurement, contracts.

Strong safety credentials; familiarity with OSHA or equivalent standards.

Experience with relevant software and tools (project scheduling, estimating, ERP or construction management software).

Strong references / track record of completed projects.
