- Collaborate with the workforce management team to receive shift assignments and coordinate travel arrangements effectively.
- Integrate seamlessly with on-site teams, quickly learning site-specific procedures and work environments with minimal training.
2. Client Service & Hospitality (Approx. 25%)
- Provide exceptional, five-star customer service to our premier clients and their team members, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times, even in high-pressure situations.
- Respond promptly and effectively to all inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
3. Office Services & On-Site Support (Approx. 25%)
- Perform assigned on-site duties, which include managing inbound and outbound mail, package processing, and courier services.
- Handle complex print, scan, and copy jobs, ensuring accuracy, quality control, and adherence to deadlines.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a "can-do" attitude, assisting with various other office support tasks as required by the client.
4. Communication & Problem-Solving (Approx. 10%)
- Maintain clear and open communication with the management team regarding your availability, travel status, and any on-site challenges.
- Adapt quickly to unexpected situations, demonstrating resourcefulness, critical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proactively identify solutions and know when to escalate issues to appropriate resources or on-site supervisors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional setting.
- Industry Experience: Direct experience working within a law firm is required.

- Extremely organized, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment where priorities constantly change.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Confidentiality: Must be able to maintain confidentiality and security of all client information.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a "business professional" appearance and demeanor.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- This is an active role and will be on your feet for extended periods.
