This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one
Responsibilities:
- Setup and operate Swiss machines, single and/or multiple spindle machines
- Working with Swiss, lathes, mills, mill-turn equipment, centerless grinders and multi-axis grinders
- Working with engineering drawings, blueprints and specifications
- Selecting and installing tooling, work holding and fixtures for each job
- Performing routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Selecting and installing tooling, work holding and fixtures
- Making necessary adjustments as needed
- Inspecting parts to make sure correct
- Documenting work accordingly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Swiss machines
- Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings and blueprints
- Experience with machining principles including tool selection, speeds and feeds
- Good attention to detail
- Computer skills
Monday through Friday - Second Shift
The pay is up to $33.00 an hour
