Job Summary :
A Master Plumber at a Bath Fitter location is a licensed professional who will complete all plumbing work associated with the installation of Bath Fitter products in private residences and commercial properties. As plumber on record, you will be responsible for ensuring the branch is within compliance on all current plumbing codes and inspections.
Tasks and Responsabilities :
All plumbing related work and installation required for code compliance
Permit processing, inspections and additional follow-up, if needed, on any and all work completed.
Weekly plumbing review and resolution for any upcoming projects that may have plumbing issues and challenges upon installation. This may include onsite pre-installation visits, inspector questions and concerns and follow-up services related to plumbing issues.
Install valves, diverters and other plumbing fixtures in tubs and showers.
Re-route pipes, make connections, install new drains or repair old ones.
Maintain an inventory of appropriate tools and supplies.Complete reports as required.
Serve as technical support/resource to sales and installation team.
Abide by all Bath Fitter policies and procedures.
Adhere to all Bath Fitter safety policies and procedures.
Attend and participate in regular branch and/or regional meetings and training sessions.
Training and Recruiting of additional plumbing team members to ensure the branch's growth and success.
Realize the Master Plumber's role as the personal representative of Bath Fitter while in uniform and while driving a company vehicle and act accordingly.
Assist team members will all related work to the installation process.
Demonstrate Bath Fitter core values on a daily basis.
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements :
Education and/or Experience – High School diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education.
The necessary license/qualifications to perform the job in the applicable state/county/city.
Valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
