We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing purchase order logs, tracking order statuses, and ensuring seamless communication with vendors. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills as well as experience with Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Assist in cleaning up Purchase Order logs in Smartsheets by reaching out to requestors to validate receipt of orders/services and developing a sustainable approach to PO receipting.
- Assist in triaging and actioning Supplier Initiated Changes (SIC), including identifying changes, creating actions in the MasterControl system, and following up with responsible parties.
- Support tracking Purchase Order statuses and update requesters accordingly.
- Contact vendors to help attain manufacturing addresses to close gaps in the Approved Supplier List (ASL).
Essential Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Good written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience is helpful but not required, as we can train the right candidate.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
