<p>We are seeking&nbsp;a Placement/Eviction Specialist&nbsp;to become a&nbsp;part of our team!&nbsp;You will provide&nbsp;overall support to attorneys' business needs, working with owners for new tenant placements and support in tracking evictions.&nbsp;</p>
<p><b><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></b></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct research to support legal proceedings</li>
<li>Assist with the drafting and&nbsp;reviewing of legal, Raft, and S8 documents</li>
<li>Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes</li>
<li>Monitor and ensure compliance with&nbsp;state and federal regulations&nbsp;</li>
<li>Record and store&nbsp;client information</li>
</ul>
<p>​<b><strong>Qualifications:</strong></b></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field (not mandatory)</li>
<li>Familiarity with Property management</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and multitask (Organizational Skills a must)</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
