Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

ProCare Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the 2025-2026 academic year in a friendly, supportive school district. This is a great opportunity to work in an environment where students thrive. Preference will be given to candidates with school-based experience, though the district welcomes SLPAs from diverse professional backgrounds.

Job Details:

• Location: Onsite near Fitchburg, MA

• Start Date: ASAP

• Caseload Information: Discussed during the interview with the Special Services Director

• Schedule: Full-time position, working directly with students in a school setting

Requirements:

• Active SLPA License in Massachusetts

• Bachelors degree in Communication Disorders or Speech Pathology

• School-based experience preferred but not required
