Senior Project Manager – General Contractor

$180,000/year
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, with a focus on education and healthcare facilities to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating diverse teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring projects meet the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, supervise all phases of construction projects
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews to ensure work meets specifications
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and compliance with regulations
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality control measures are followed
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Project Manager, preferably in education or healthcare construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with K-12 schools, universities, hospitals, or medical office buildings
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices.
