Director/Superintendent for Compass Classical Academy Charter School

Position Description: Seeking a wise, energetic, and well-grounded director to oversee all aspects of the school. Provide academic support for faculty and student success.

Qualifications: Minimum bachelors degree with 5 years experience in K-12 education.

Requirements:

* Strategic planning, staff development and academic achievement

* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty, staff and community members

* Understanding of classical education philosophy and curriculum development

* Oversee day to day operations of school, including working with the business administrator regarding budget management

* Demonstrates financial acumen and fiscal responsibility

* Responsible for facility maintenance and student discipline

* Ensure that all federal and state reporting requirements are met in a timely manner

* Have knowledge of NH school educational laws, including special education laws

* Other duties as outlined by the Board of Directors

* Salary commensurate with experience
