Job DescriptionDescription:Textiles Coated International is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Marketing Director.
The ideal applicant would already have a good grasp of the technical details of PTFE products and be able to utilize that knowledge in serving new and current customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop strategic marketing and manage TCI's brand and market positioning strategy.
- Define target segments, messaging and value propositions
- Collect, organize and communicate qualified leads to sales team members
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to anticipate shifts and/or opportunities
- Align marketing strategy with company objectives in partnership with leadership
- Manage Marketing staff members including outside contractors and consultants
- Contribute, as needed, to improve marketing and manufacturing efficiencies
- Oversee use of marketing software technology to drive positive outcomes
- Evaluate project/campaign results to determine overall cost/benefit effectiveness
- Manage and coordinate tradeshow and industry conference participation globally
- Provide regular reports with data, insights, outcomes and recommendations

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in high-level systems planning, design, development, maintenance and troubleshooting with a track record of accomplishment in large, complex, and distributed systems
- Exceptional program management skills and the ability to organize, plan, and execute projects
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities leading to exemplary results
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to effectively and succinctly communicate complex concepts
- Strong team leadership skills
- Exceptional attention to detail; ability to combine focus on key responsibilities with a strong sense of ownership over all relevant aspects of the business
Education- Experience
- MBA in a relatable field such as Marketing or Business Analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or other related field, or equivalent certifications and experience
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technology-related marketing. Analytical skills to relate marketing strategies and tactics to critical company measurements for success
- Manufacturing marketing experience preferred
