At Crystal Springs, Inc., we're looking for a dedicated full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Assonet, MA. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role is based on Crystal Springs' beautiful campus in Assonet, MA, conveniently located right off Route 24, with free parking available for all employees.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will keep the HR department running efficiently every day. You will process benefits, manage HRIS records, and ensure that employee information is accurate and up to date. You will start your mornings by preparing and leading new hire orientations, making sure each team member feels welcomed and well-informed from day one. Throughout the day, you will respond to HR-related questions, assist with administrative tasks, and maintain the rhythm of internal communications across departments. You will also ensure all documentation is completed accurately and stored properly.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- 2+ years of office or administrative support experience in the field of HR or payroll
- Associate degree in HR management or business
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for creating a supportive and efficient work environment
