Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician with experience servicing Mercedes-Benz and/or Audi vehicles. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and experienced in diagnosing and repairing modern automotive systems, including advanced electronics and driver-assist technologies.
Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Mercedes-Benz vehicles

Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires, inspections)

Use OEM diagnostic tools (Mercedes-Benz XENTRY / STAR Diagnosis)

Troubleshoot engine, transmission, suspension, braking, and HVAC systems

Repair and program vehicle electronics, sensors, and control modules

Perform ADAS calibrations and system resets when required

Follow manufacturer repair procedures and safety standards

Accurately document repairs and communicate findings with service advisors

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
-
2+ years of automotive technician experience (German/luxury preferred)
-
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

Experience with European vehicles (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi preferred)

Familiarity with OEM diagnostic software
-
Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications

Mercedes-Benz OEM certification
-
Audi OEM certification
-
ASE certifications (A1–A8)

Hybrid / EV experience (Mercedes EQ models)

5–7+ years of dealership or European-specialty experience
