ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Senior Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Chief Commercial Officer and Boston ’26’s strategic commercial program. Overall responsibilities will include executive administrative support of the CCO, ongoing client relationship management and documentation, sponsor activation support, contract administration, and supporting the G2M strategy. Work will include collaboration between MarComms and Operations to support the execution of sponsor entitlements for the tournament.Location:Onsite in Foxborough, MA with occasional local travel.Type/Term:Full-Time, 40hrs/wk through late Summer - early Fall 2026 when position would end.Reports to:Chief Commercial OfficerSalary Range:$85,000-$110,000; depending on experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Executive administrative support of the Chief Commercial Officer of Boston 2026 and it’s commercial revenue program.
  • Assist with communications and presentation/pitch materials.
  • Maintain and update the client database (CRM), ensuring accuracy and completeness. Lead CRM operation, maintenance, and training.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in support of Boston ‘26 commercial partners
  • Provide analytical support for sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of revenue forecasts and budgets.
  • Monitor and analyze revenue streams and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop pricing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Support client retention strategies and monitor satisfaction metrics.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure smooth implementation of revenue initiatives.
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and other documentation related to revenue activities.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support the commercial revenue department.
  • Liaise with MarComms and Operations for on-site event execution & activations as needed.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.


WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience in an executive support/administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communicator, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for collaborating with a diverse group of organizations and individuals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with ability to exercise sound judgement when working autonomously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, preferred.
  • Sports and events industry experience preferred.


Please Note: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa or sponsorship, and must be within reasonable commuting distance of Foxborough, MA.

WORK EXPECTATIONS:

  • Full-time, onsite, 40hr per week role that may require occasional evening and weekend work. Local and regional travel is expected on occasion.
  • This role is estimated to conclude in late Summer / early Fall of 2026.

The compensation range is competitive and commensurate with lived and professional experience, and includes access to:
