Our client, a property management firm, is seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to become a vital part of their team. Compensation: $20-$25/hr*

Responsibilities:
- Manage and update various spreadsheets related to tenant payments, issues, lease deadlines, and inspections
- Facilitate effective communication with tenants via email and phone calls
- Organize and maintain filing systems for property documents and reports
- Assist in processing invoices, tenant payments, and insurance certificates
- Support overall office functions to ensure seamless daily operations
- Collaborate with team members, demonstrating reliability, organization, and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Proven experience with spreadsheet management and data entry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Dependable, trustworthy, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (basic formulas and data handling)
