Rotti’s Power Equipment is seeking a skilled and dependable Sales Associate to join our growing team in West Boylston, MA. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a strong attention for detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet shop customers and answer phone
- Gather customer and equipment information
- Assist customers with equipment and part selection
- Receive, stock, and pull parts
- Coordinate pickup and delivery of equipment for customers
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Equipment may include lawn mowers, snow blowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and similar small engine machinery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Some mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
