Job Description:

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for supporting the testing and analysis of incoming raw materials in a GMP-compliant environment. This role involves routine sample preparation, aseptic techniques, and inventory management to ensure smooth laboratory operations. The technician will also assist with cleanroom procedures and maintain accurate records using systems such as LIMS and SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sampling and receiving incoming raw materials
  • Perform routine testing of raw materials in accordance with GMP standards
  • Support aseptic techniques and cleanroom protocols
  • Conduct sample preparation including autoclaving and handling biological materials
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper documentation in SAP and LIMS
  • Follow established SOPs and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in sample preparation and raw material handling
  • Experience with inventory management and sample receiving
  • Familiarity with autoclaving and aseptic techniques
  • Working knowledge of biology and laboratory procedures
  • Competence in using SAP, LIMS, and following SOPs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Biology or related field
  • 2–5 years of laboratory experience
  • Experience with LIMS and TrackWise systems
  • Prior cleanroom experience is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr.
