Overview
Firstly, we offer you the opportunity to hit the ground running with an existing book of business—along with the direct support and guidance of a manager to help you navigate client needs, deepen relationships, and ensure a smooth transition. You will be a trusted partner to clients, delivering comprehensive, personalized financial guidance and managing long-term wealth strategies. This role blends relationship management, advanced financial planning, and business development, while maintaining a high standard of compliance and collaboration within the firm.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Wealth Management
•\tServe as the lead advisor for an existing set of client relationships, assisting with all aspects of their financial lives
•\tCreate and monitor holistic financial plans for new clients, tailored to their individual goals
•\tConduct recurring in-depth financial reviews and deliver actionable recommendations
•\tAdvise on investments, insurance, retirement, tax strategies, and estate planning
•\tCoordinate with clients’ external advisors (e.g., attorneys, CPAs) to ensure integrated planning
Business Development
•\tLead meetings with prospective and existing clients to grow the firm’s client base through referrals.
•\tMeet or exceed new client acquisition, revenue, and AUM goals
•\tBuild and maintain strategic relationships with internal teams and external partners, including other professionals like attorneys, CPAs, Medicare brokers, etc.

Qualifications
•\tBachelor’s degree required
•\tCFP® certification required or equivalent (Master’s in Financial Planning or ChFC®)
•\tFINRA Series 7 and appropriate state insurance licenses
•\t5+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 3 years in an advisory role
•\tProficient with financial planning tools (e.g., eMoney), CRM systems (e.g., Redtail), and Microsoft Excel are a plus
•\tExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
•\tWillingness to attend after-hours business development events (6-10 per year)
Success Metrics
•\tSpend 50% or more of time in client-facing activities
•\tMaintain high client satisfaction and retention
•\tConsistently meet firm performance, compliance, and growth goals
