What You’ll Do

● Be the first point of contact for clients● Manage scheduling, confirmations, and client onboarding● Support vendor outreach and community events● Train, onboard, support Pet Sitters/Dog Walkers● Deliver attentive home pet care services in clients’ homes upholding the highest standards● Ensure smooth daily operations of pet care services and team communication

What You Bring

● A genuine love for animals and a passion for creating positive experiences
● Excellent verbal and written communication● Strong organizational and multitasking skills● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, quick learner with new platforms (Woofie’s Precise)● Friendly, professional demeanor with all technology comfort levels


Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or pet care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for animals and commitment to their well-being.
• Basic knowledge of pet care and grooming is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
