The Role
This isn’t your typical “smile and dial” sales job.
You’ll step into a $7M book of business and be the go-to partner for existing customers—deepening relationships, solving problems, and growing accounts (~70% farming).
But there’s also room to hunt. You’ll spend the other 30% chasing new logos, opening doors, and bringing in fresh business.
✔ Own and grow a $7M territory

✔ Prospect and close new business
✔ Travel to meet clients quarterly
What You Bring
- 6+ years of professional sales experience
- Background selling industrial design, materials, or components
- Comfortable navigating technical conversations and complex deals
- Willingness to be in-office most days and stay highly collaborative
Compensation
💰 $65K base / $120K OTE
