Marty's GMC Isuzu is growing and seeking experienced and highly motivated candidate(s) for the Service Advisor position. We are looking for someone who can provide our customers with an excellent experience by going above and beyond in customer satisfaction. Experience in direct repair is a must, as you will be thoroughly explaining recommended services to customers and verifying the best procedures with technicians.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Greet customers as they arrive and guide them through the repair process by asking questions and being attentive to their responses/ concerns with their vehicle
  • Maintain customer satisfaction, answer customers' inquiries, and resolve situations.
  • Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting service specials
  • Coordinate vehicle repairs with dispatcher
  • Code & obtain proper authorizations of Warranty Claims
  • Build relationships & create customers for life
  • Bring your best positive attitude with you every day
  • Assist management with departmental growth
  • Maintain timely paperwork processing
  • Ensure technician productivity

Qualifications:

  • General automotive knowledge
  • Excellent customer service disposition
  • Strong communication, selling, and customer service skills.
  • Great organizational skills
  • Knowledge of computers a must
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work well with others
  • Ability to work independently, but also a team player
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done
  • Leadership potential

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid U.S. driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 10-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • One Saturday a month - 8am - 1pm

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

  • Service Writing: 1-year minimum preferred

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Able to work in the United States (Required)
