Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Repair Technician to repair, rework, assemble, and test printed circuit boards (PCBs). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with electronics and precision tools in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Repair and rework PCBs following standard procedures
- Solder wires and replace thru-hole and basic SMT components
- Perform basic testing (go/no-go) and assist with mechanical assembly
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow work instructions, diagrams, and safety guidelines
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic soldering and electronic assembly experience
- Familiar with hand tools, microscopes, and soldering equipment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience in PCB repair or electronics manufacturing
- Knowledge of SMT and thru-hole component replacement
- Basic troubleshooting skills
