Join our crew as a Delivery Helper where your day will be a mix of warehouse organization, appliance handling, and supporting delivery operations—without being in the driver's seat every day.
What You'll Do:
Delivery Helper Duties (As Needed):
- Ride along with delivery drivers to assist in unloading and installing appliances at customer locations.
- Help ensure accurate deliveries by double-checking orders and confirming items with customers.
- Safely lift and maneuver heavy appliances in and out of homes or businesses.
- Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service during every delivery.
- Occasionally drive a 26' box truck if needed (must meet driving requirements-- DOT med card).

Requirements:
What You Bring to the Delivery Team:
- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively is a must
- Previous experience as a delivery truck helper required (minimum 2 years)
- High School or equivalent preferred
- Mechanical skills are preferred
- Familiarity with using equipment such as pallet jacks for loading and unloading
- Ability to safely lift heavy objects UP TO 100LBS and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading deliveries
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the strictest safety standards
- Great teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to a mix of warehouse and delivery support duties.
Your Work Environment:
- Work in a warehouse setting with occasional outdoor exposure.
- Physically demanding role involving lifting, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Vision and spatial awareness needed for safe handling of appliances and tools.
