What Youll Do
Be the first point of contact for clients
Manage scheduling, confirmations, and client onboarding
Support vendor outreach and community events
Train, onboard, support Pet Sitters/Dog Walkers
Deliver attentive home pet care services in clients homes upholding the highest standards
Ensure smooth daily operations of pet care services and team communication
What You Bring
A genuine love for animals and a passion for creating positive experiences
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, quick learner with new platforms (Woofies Precise)
Friendly, professional demeanor with all technology comfort levels
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or pet care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for animals and commitment to their well-being.
- Basic knowledge of pet care and grooming is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
