Automotive Technician Position Summary:

One Stop Automotive Services Inc. is seeking a career-minded Automotive Technician to join our team in Chelmsford, MA. As an Automotive Technician at One Stop Automotive, you will play a crucial role in performing a wide range of repairs and maintenance services on various vehicle makes and models. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, brake services, tire rotations, alignments, suspension repairs, and general maintenance tasks.
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose vehicle issues accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians and service advisors to provide high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Conduct required annual state inspections - prior licensing not required but preferred

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive repair or trade school training.
• ASE certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate various tools and equipment related to automotive repair.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:

• Full-time position with an hourly wage range of $20.00 - $30.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Potential for pay growth and career advancement within the company.
• 8-hour shifts, day shift schedule (Monday to Friday).
