Rochester, NH – Part Time - 30 hours per week
Friday through Sunday 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

About this opportunity
This part-time position is responsible for efficiently providing solutions to customer service needs through a positive and respectful dialogue. The ability to multi-task and effectively manage and dispatch customer calls is essential.
What your role will look like
- Provide customers with requested information by using application software, or other appropriate means, and assist customers to achieve total satisfaction.
- Prepare documentation for data entry; perform data entry including entering customer information into computer system, such as payments, new account information, refunds, etc.
- Dispatch appropriate on-call field personnel to emergency services and communicate actions with district managers.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Eastern’s manuals, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures. Apply this knowledge to address customer inquiries accurately and urgently.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with peers to meet the scheduling needs of the Call Center, including nights and weekends.
- Interact with customers and co-workers in a respectful and courteous manner.
What you’ll bring to this role
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years’ experience in a call center environment a plus.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
