Oakley Country Club is seeking a full-time Beverage and Food Manager to join our esteemed team in Watertown, MA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000/year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes:

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A BEVERAGE AND FOOD MANAGER
The Beverage and Food Manager will work full-time with shifts that vary within our operating hours of 10 AM to 12 AM. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires supervision during peak service times and special events.
In this position, you will begin your day by planning the dining room set-up based on anticipated guest counts and managing reservations to facilitate smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising and training dining room staff, ensuring they maintain professionalism and cleanliness throughout their shifts. You will conduct pre-meal meetings to communicate relevant information regarding service and member requests. Throughout the day, you will address any member complaints regarding dining service, assuring that each member's experience is met with timely and attentive responses. Additionally, you will oversee payroll processing, maintain inventory of dining supplies, and ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards in all dining areas. Collaborating with the Executive Chef, you will assist in updating and promoting menu offerings, thus enhancing our members' dining experiences at the club.
