Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

52 Launch is a dynamic product development company that helps entrepreneurs and businesses bring innovative products to market. Our marketing accelerator program provides comprehensive go-to-market strategies, branding, and launch support to ensure product success. Agency53 is the post-accelerator paid marketing services arm that supports founders after they graduate from the accelerator program. This role will own day-to-day performance marketing execution to help clients profitably launch and scale new-to-market direct-to-consumer (DTC) products across key paid channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns for DTC product launches across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other relevant channels (e.g., YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Translate client growth objectives into clear acquisition goals (CPA, ROAS, LTV) and build channel strategies to achieve them.
  • Own end-to-end campaign operations: audience research and analytics, keyword and interest targeting, creative briefing, ad trafficking, budget and bid management, and pacing.
  • Continuously test and iterate (creative, copy, offers, landing pages, audiences) to improve conversion rates and unit economics for new product launches.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards; synthesize insights and present clear recommendations to founders and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with the creative team, product, and accelerator teams to align on messaging and creative content with each brand’s positioning and launch strategy.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution (pixels, tags, UTM parameters) across platforms to measure impact of campaigns.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, DTC trends, and updated paid media best practices, bringing proactive test ideas to Agency53 leadership and clients.

Qualifications

  • REQUIRED: 5 - 8 years of hands-on paid-media performance marketing experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, with meaningful exposure to TikTok Ads for DTC brands or consumer products.
  • REQUIRED: Proven track record launching or scaling new-to-market or early-stage products using paid media, with clear examples of hitting CPA/ROAS targets.
  • Strong command and understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards, attribution/measurement tools).
  • Experience working in an agency, accelerator, or multi-brand environment, managing several accounts or product lines at once.
  • Excellent quantitative skills and ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable interfacing directly with founders and marketing leaders.

Extra Nice:

  • Experience with additional channels such as YouTube Ads, Pinterest Ads, programmatic, or affiliate/influencer partnerships that support product launches.
  • Familiarity with landing page builders and CRO tools used for DTC funnels.
  • Knowledge of email/SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and how they integrate with paid acquisition strategies.
