About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative / Sales Associate to join our team in Bow, NH. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, developing relationships, and helping guide projects from initial inquiry through quote and close. Experience in construction industry is a plus.
You will play an important role in supporting incoming leads, developing relationships with new and existing clients, and helping grow business across New England.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming sales inquiries
- Respond to and follow up on qualified leads and customer requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry outreach initiatives
- Support marketing and sales efforts including lunch & learn events and partner engagement
- Prepare and present product information, pricing, and detailed project quotations
- Collaborate with the sales team to support sales growth and close opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track customer interactions using Pipedrive
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or related role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide clear solutions
- Comfortable engaging with customers via phone and email as part of the sales process
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive used at our company)
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer success and follow-through

- This role is not remote or hybrid due to collaboration and customer interaction requirements
