Job Description:

To be responsible for all fundraising activities of the Center. To assist with all aspects of the Center's website. To establish new and motivating ongoing sponsorships with the Center. To play a large role in creating strategies for solid fundraising, donor relations, planned giving, and all other development functions. Must have 8 years or more of fundraising experience

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

· Continuous effort of donor relations, planned giving, stewardship, and sponsor recognition.

· Maintains and grows sponsorships for the Center

· Assists in monitoring and updating the website, and coordinates the use of the site for other programs.

· Works with the VP of Community Relations to assist with all agency events.

· Builds and maintains relationships with media platforms like newspapers, radio, and television.

· Monitors the receipt of donations and the thank-you process of the donors.

· Monitors the flow of funding and reports to the VP and Development Committee on a regular basis.

· Performs other duties as assigned


Experience and Education:

· Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years or more of fundraising experience
