Job Description
Robert Half's marketing &amp; creative client is looking for a Marketing &amp; Production Specialist for a 6+ month contract. This is a remote, 40-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (EST) hours. The Marketing &amp; Production Specialist will develop and update marketing and sales materials across quarterly reports, presentations, and marketing materials. They will also be responsible for ensuring quality control and maintaining brand standards for both U.S. and international markets. Prior financial services industry experience is preferred. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Create and update client and prospect marketing materials </li>
<li>Utilize tools including Seismic to update report and material data </li>
<li>Print, bind, and prepare materials for clients </li>
<li>Proofread content to ensure data accuracy </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Degree in marketing, communications, or related </li>
<li>2+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the financial services or professional services industry </li>
<li>Experience with Seismic </li>
<li>Skilled in PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign </li>
<li>Excellent organization and project management skills </li>
<li>Detail-oriented </li>
<li>Strong proofreading skills </li>
<li>Excellent communication skills </li>
<li>Self-starter </li>
