Qualifications:


Minimum of 4+ years of Sous

Chef experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen

A genuine passion for fresh,

high-quality cuisine

Proven ability to achieve

results and build strong, high-performing teams

Strong problem-solving and

decision-making skills

Knowledge of labor laws,

health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, safety, and security procedures
