We need an energetic sales professional with a passion for sales and the hardscape/landscape industry to be our Hardscape Sales Consultant for the North Boston area.

**Starting salary will be based on experience in the hardscape field and sales arena. Numbers shown are based on a Tier 1 and 2 career path level base salary.

Job Description

  • Service & support your territory's retail distribution centers giving them the tools and resources to grow their business as a Techo-Bloc Authorized Distributor;
  • Educate & train contractors on product knowledge and installation best practices;
  • Ensure Techo-Bloc’s brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels;
  • Take pride in maintaining the reputation of the company as an industry leader for consumer experience, contractor education, and customer service;
  • Outside sales role with some overnight travel required.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry (selling or installing);
  • Strong and Ambitious Work Ethic;
  • Positive "Can-Do" energized attitude;
  • Post Secondary Education; Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • Experience in building action plans, deciphering sales reports, and building customer sales strategies;
  • Experience planning, supporting, and marketing communications, sales, and events;
  • This job is home office-based and requires daily face-to-face on-site meetings. Easy access to the North Boston area is a must;
  • Must be able to travel;
  • A valid passport if required to attend Head Office training/meetings in Canada;
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
