Title: Administrative Director
Location: New London, NH (Onsite, main campus)
Start Date: 10/6/2025
Shift: Days | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No weekends or call
🎯 Responsibilities
- Lead onsite operations for assigned area (finance, staffing, patient experience).
- Develop and manage budgets; monitor financial health.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and quality standards.
- Oversee process improvements and continuous growth initiatives.
- Partner with Medical Director and Nurse Manager on protocols.
- Drive change management and quality improvement initiatives.
- Build strong team culture and maintain open communication.
- Develop and implement customer-focused operational frameworks.
✅ Requirements
Education:
- BS in Healthcare Administration or equivalent (Required).
- Master’s in Healthcare or Business Administration (Preferred or must start within 1st year).
Experience:
- 5+ years in operations management.
- Outpatient/ambulatory care, Rural Health Center, or FQHC (Highly Preferred).
- Change management & quality improvement (Highly Preferred).
Skills:
- Strong business planning & financial analysis.
- Excellent communication.
- Ability to work effectively with physicians, staff, and community stakeholders.
Certifications:
- Rural Health Center Certification (Preferred, must achieve within 1 year).
