Position Summary
We are seeking an ambitious, high-performing Business Development Executive (BDE) to accelerate our growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new B2B client partnerships across the healthcare landscape. You will leverage our industry-leading reputation and specialized knowledge to engage key decision-makers such as Hospital Executives and Radiology Clinical / Operational leaders, uncovering their pain points and presenting tailored delivery models that ensure long-term clinical continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, and private radiology practices using strategic outreach, cold calling, and digital networking.
- Consultative Selling: Engage healthcare executives in high-level discussions to analyze their imaging volumes, vacancy challenges, and operational needs, positioning our tailored permanent, locum, or teleradiology solutions.
- Account Acquisition: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and discovery through capability presentations, contract negotiation, and close.
- Market Intelligence: Act as a trusted advisor by leveraging subject matter expertise to educate prospective clients on current radiology market trends, compensation benchmarks, and workforce strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal recruiting teams to ensure seamless transition, alignment, and fulfillment of newly secured client job orders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3-5 years of successful B2B business development or sales experience, ideally within healthcare staffing, physician recruitment, or teleradiology sales.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas using a consultative, solution-oriented selling methodology.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable pitching to C-suite and clinical leadership.
- Drive: Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized with a passion for building professional networks from the ground up.
Compensation & Benefits
$65,000-75,000 Base Salary (based on experience) + Uncapped Performance-Based Commission Plan
