We are a large marble and granite importer with one of the largest showrooms in New England. We are currently looking for a full-time Outside Sales Representative to help grow and develop new business, as well as maintain existing accounts.

The Ideal Candidate is personable, communicative, and energized to help us expand further in a market with strong growth potential. They will be responsible for generating new business leads as well as maintaining existing customer relationships. This is a wonderful opportunity to earn salary, commissions and bonuses with an unlimited earnings potential!

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with new and existing customers to introduce and present Leamar products.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with customers in-person and through phone/email.
  • Keep customers updated with new product offerings, and develop a strong familiarity with the materials and products that we offer.
  • Demonstrate self-management to effectively monitor progress.
  • Interact with office personnel to communicate and record sales and schedule.
  • Demonstrate full compliance with the company's sales and pricing guidelines.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in sales in marble/granite, contruction materials, building supply, etc.
  • Minimum of 2 years in outside sales.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work in an expansive sales environment.
  • Strong Communication skills and an outgoing mindset.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel within territory.
  • Must be focused, organized, and have effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective sales, negotiation, and closing techniques.
