Job Title: Financial Analyst – Operations & Supply Chain

Overview:
Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support both Operations Finance and Supply Chain Finance teams. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact business decisions through data analysis, reporting, and financial planning across multiple functional areas.
Key Responsibilities:

Support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Operations and Supply Chain teams

Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

Prepare and analyze key metrics, dashboards, and KPIs for decision-making

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and streamline financial processes

Conduct cost analysis and identify areas of opportunity or risk

Provide support in monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
-
Assist in developing financial models and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field

2+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in supply chain or operations support

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments

Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Pay Details: $20.00 to $40.00 per hour
