Role: HVAC Parts Specialist
We're looking for a parts Specialist as we are experiencing explosive growth! In this role, you'll work with the Parts Manager to facilitate HVAC parts sales as you learn to understand our clients' needs, recommend the right parts, and help make informed decisions. We represent the best products in the HVAC industry and work on some of the most interesting projects in the region, so there's always something new to learn. Responsibilities:

Conduct sales of HVAC parts, online, in-person, and via telephone

Handle all customer inquiries regarding parts, projects, or tracking.

Identify the best parts for the job and process the subsequent orders.

Follow up on orders, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction.

Prepare and package merchandise for customer pickup or shipment

Provide support for inventory control and accuracy.
Requirments:

Strong customer service aptitude.

Excellent typing, documentation, and communication skills.

Ability to work out of our Weymouth, MA office Monday-Friday.

Availability to work 7 am-4 pm.

HVAC industry is a plus, but not required.
Estimated compensation: $29-$35/hour with flexibility based on experience and skills.
