Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and inspire a multi-tiered management team and staff to cultivate a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Spearhead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives to ensure the development and retention of top talent.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and create actionable plans for professional growth.
- Foster clear communication and effective delegation to ensure seamless operational success.
Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations, including production, service quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Ensure smooth execution during both peak and non-peak hours.
- Manage labor scheduling to balance guest needs with cost control in a high-volume setting.
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and safety, complying with all local health regulations.
- Address operational challenges in real-time with efficient problem-solving strategies.
Guest Experience & Customer Service
- Champion a commitment to superior service, ensuring every guest receives personalized care.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive experience.
- Continuously assess service metrics and trends to improve overall guest satisfaction.
Financial & Business Management
- Manage financial performance, including sales, food costs, labor costs, and overall profitability.
- Analyze financial reports to set targets and develop strategies to exceed sales goals.
- Monitor inventory and implement strategies to reduce waste and control costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with cash handling policies and accurate financial reporting.
Community Engagement & Brand Building
- Actively participate in community outreach to build strong relationships with local organizations and schools.
- Partner with marketing teams to execute local promotions that reflect the brand’s values.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the organization’s mission within the community.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, P&L management, and labor optimization.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
