We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team and help deliver the exceptional quality and taste our guests expect. In this role, youll be responsible for preparing food items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines, with particular focus on our signature chicken tenders and classic Greek-American dishes. Our kitchen thrives in a fast-paced environment, and were looking for a team player who can maintain high standards under pressure while working efficiently alongside fellow cooks and kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items accurately and promptly in accordance with restaurant recipes and portion standards

Ensure food quality and consistency in presentation and taste

Set up and stock kitchen stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace in line with health and safety standards

Monitor food storage, rotation, and labeling to prevent spoilage and waste

Assist with inventory and communicate shortages or issues with the kitchen supervisor

Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely delivery of meals during service hours
Requirements:

Prior experience as a line cook, prep cook, or similar role in a busy restaurant environment

Familiarity with a range of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform well under pressure

Capable of standing for long hours and lifting up to 40 lbs

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

ServSafe certification or equivalent food handling training is a plus

Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
