This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with experience in payroll and accounting support functions. Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payment of invoices.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities, including recording payments and communicating with clients regarding outstanding balances.
• Handle billing functions by preparing and sending invoices while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
• Provide support for payroll functions, including data entry and verification of employee compensation.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation to support audits and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Generate financial reports and summaries as needed to support decision-making.
• Address inquiries related to accounting and payroll processes, ensuring prompt and thorough responses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations in all accounting activities.• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
