Junapr is seeking a dynamic Manager of Communications and Strategy to serve as a day-to-day client lead and project driver across high-impact public relations campaigns. This role blends tactical execution, client service, and team mentorship. This position is ideal for someone with strong media instincts and an eye toward strategic growth.
What Youll Do:
- Act as the day-to-day lead for assigned PR clients and projects
- Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage junior team members, providing structure, support, and feedback
- Lead and contribute to media relations including pitching, list building, and tracking
- Create content including press releases, media materials, and messaging guides
- Collaborate with digital, content, and affiliate partners to drive campaign success
- Support team operations in Monday.com and Forecast to ensure delivery and visibility
What Were Looking For:
- 47 years of experience in PR, communications, or integrated marketing
- Experience working with or within higher education institutions is strongly preferred
- Confident client communicator with project management skills
- Skilled writer and editor with media relations experience
- Comfortable managing and mentoring junior team members
- Strong organizational habits and a collaborative mindset
Location: Hybrid role based in Charlotte, VT, with at least two in-office days per week.
