Title: Senior Administrative Assistant
Location: Devens, MA
Duration, 6 months. Will not extend past 6 months
Schedule: 8am - 5pm
Pay: $25-27.65/HR
Position Summary:
With general supervision, responsible for administrative duties of moderate scope and complexity which requires independent judgement and familiarity with applicable procedures.
Responsibilities:
Following established procedures, perform a variety of administrative support responsibilities. May be required to perform some or all of the following:
• Provides administrative support to various groups within this combined manufacturing/office site.
• Organizes, scans and files important operations records with careful attention to part numbers, serial numbers, etc.
• Accurately enters detailed relevant information from these records into Traceability database in compliance with quality requirements. Follows naming standards and file storage procedures.
• Tracks office and kitchen supplies, keeping each in good order.
• Process daily site outgoing and incoming mail deliveries. Checks for voicemail left on the primary phone line for proper routing.
• Provides support for visitors to the site, such as booking conference rooms & ordering catering. May assist visitors with sign-in process.
• Keeps lobby area in order.
• Keeps physical file storage in order and assists with the boxing of paper records at the end of the fiscal year and organizing boxes to be sent off-site for storage.
• Follows all relevant protocols related to safety, export control and communication.
• Uses Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat routinely to track progress, organize paperwork and communicate.
Job Requirements:
• Two years related office experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.
• Education certificate in applicable functional area preferred.

• Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) or similar.
• Thorough knowledge of office equipment, administrative procedures and/or terminology.
• Ability to accurately type 40 wpm, where applicable. Personal computer skills required.
